Tom Jarrold is a creative director with deep experience leading brand and creative for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle companies, including Armani Exchange, Ralph Lauren, Coach, St. John, and W Hotels. His work spans campaigns, identity, packaging, retail, e-commerce, and digital, with a focus on building brands that are coherent and culturally relevant across every touchpoint.
As Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Creative Director at Armani Exchange, he led the brand transformation that grew global retail sales from $140 million to $950 million over nine years. He has also held senior creative and marketing leadership roles at W Hotels, St. John, Coach, and Ralph Lauren, and began his career in advertising at TBWA/Chiat Day and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners.
In 2023, he co-founded Marchanta, a luxury design and fragrance house based in the Dominican Republic and France, which expanded its distribution to Harrods as exclusive UK retailer in 2025. He continues to advise brands across fashion, retail, and lifestyle through his consultancy, JET/MMS, and is based in New York.
